Ear lobe correction

In addition to the treatment of flap-ears, ear lobe correction is also part of the aesthetic otoplastic surgery. Ear lobes can be disappointingly unflattering sometimes. They can be either too big or odd shaped.

An ear lobe can also be the result of a mishap with an earring. An ear lobe correction doesn’t prevent the ear from being pierced. You will have to wait a couple of months after the surgery though.

An ear lobe correction is done under local anaesthesia. You can go home immediately after the surgery. Unlike otoplasty, you will not be required to wear a head bandage.
